I needed help and Scotty and Justin met my needs.

Lainey is very reliable. She keeps me posted if she’s running late or needs to change the service day. I always receive an email with an update of what was done. I’m very pleased with her service and she’s a pleasure to deal with.

Lainey is always prompt and if there are any questions we have she is thoroughly knowledgeable in answering our questions and getting us the information we need. We switched pool services choosing Clear Creek Pools due to the knowledge and experience that Zac demonstrated. His years of experience in the pool industry gave us the confidence to choose Clear Creek pools. We also worked with Chase who was very helpful. Since we are snowbirds they were very accommodating in working with our schedule.

Having a new pool built and not knowing a thing about chemicals, filters, etc., I decided I needed to find a pool service company to take care of my pool. Clear Creek Pools was recommended and lucky for me Justin was assigned to my area. Not only is he personable, he is so knowledgeable. Justin wants his customers to know about their pool and just what to look out for if there’s a problem. If there’s a problem he wants his customers to contact him rather than trying to take care of it themselves. That in itself so reassuring to me.

I gave 5 stars because Justin came out today to clean my Pool cartridges on my Pentair filter. He’s very honest and knowledgeable! Didn’t try to up-sale me and spent hours my 4 cartridges. He did little extras and I wasn’t charged by the hour. I’m in Peoria and I would highly recommend Justin Hess.

I have had nothing but honest, great service from Mark, Nina & Zac. Always informs us if they can’t make on a particular day & always informs us what needs to be done. I would definitely give them a five star in all categories.

Tech’s are always on schedule and able to solve any problems that my pool or equipment might present. And, the owners are amazing!
